Built in the 1840s this dilapidated Grade II terraced house was in need of extensive restoration, a revised layout and lots of TLC.

What we did

  • Managed the Listed Building Consent and Planning Permission process, scope of works and detailed designs for all living areas
  • Built a two storey extension to the rear
  • Stabilised structurally unsound sections of the buildingaximise soundproofing
  • Replaced existing roof with Welsh slate and lead
  • Replaced plumbing and electrics
  • Fully fitted bespoke kitchen
  • Bespoke built-in wardrobes and cabinetry
  • Full decoration throughout
