With 40 years’ experience in the building industry working on buildings both old and new, we have a wealth of knowledge of traditional and contemporary construction techniques and materials.
Our detailed project costings break down each element of the build so you know exactly what each part will cost. If extra works arise as the project progresses, these variations are costed and agreed before the work commences. This means that clients will never be asked to pay for something that they haven’t already approved.
Having this level of insight and control over the financials throughout the project and knowing there will be no surprises helps alleviate much of the stress for clients and allows them to focus on the more enjoyable aspects.
